Treatment Coordinator (Multi-Locations)

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Treatment Coordinator to join a growing healthcare practice in the Capital Region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

The Treatment Coordinator will manage patient treatment plans and help patients and families feel set up for success early on in their treatment journey. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering a competitive benefits package!

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective patients and families seeking care for dental concerns and information about services.
• Prepare patients for examinations and post-treatment evaluations.
• Present diagnostic records to the orthodontist to support treatment planning and evaluation.
• Support prospective patients by thoroughly explaining our services and how they differ from competitors or other alternatives.
• Communicate with empathy, compassion, and confidence to positively influence patient decisions and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on orthodontic care, oral hygiene practices, and dietary recommendations.
• Foster a welcoming, comfortable environment by building rapport with each patient.
• Coordinate appointments with specialty dental providers and maintain communication with patients’ general dentists regarding treatment plans.
• Ability to empathize and advocate for our prospective patients to take the next step.
• Show confidence and expertise overcoming cost and other common prospective patient objections.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a dental or medical office setting
• Knowledge of dental terminology and medical insurance
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing clinical documentation
• Experience with insurance claims and medical billing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with orthodontic patients
• Certification in dental assisting
• Familiarity with orthodontic software and technology
• Cloud9
• 3+ years of Treatment Coordinator or Sales Experience

Salary Range

• $23.00- $28.00/hour (based on experience)
