Field Technician
Pomeroy
- Provides on-site field support to customers, including the installation, servicing, and repair of systems and equipment. Verifies and approves the operational quality of system equipment.
- Resolves customer issues related to hardware installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance. Assists in investigating and resolving complex installation and maintenance matters of significance.
- Instructs customers on the operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Ensures issues are referred to the appropriate personnel or service areas for follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Performs analysis and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues.
- Troubleshoots user accounts.
- Demonstrates an understanding of SCCM, VPN, Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
