Job Description
Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist!

Job Description:

- Exciting opportunity in a Medical Rehabilitation Unit within a Trauma Hospital
- Focus primarily on stroke patients (40% of cases)
- Manage a maximum of 5 patients per day, typically 3-4 patients for 90-minute sessions
- Day shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs for rewarding patient outcomes
- Access to a well-equipped OT gym with a kitchen and cutting-edge technology
- Orientation held every other Thursday
- Opportunities for professional growth and development

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
- Current WV PT License required prior to start (pending license accepted for submission)
- BLS certification required
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- No need for prior travel experience
- Candidates must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility (75-100 miles may be considered case-by-case)

Submission Requirements:

- Complete candidate profile including work history and specialty-specific skills checklist
- At least 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years
- Clean nursing license verification
- SSN and DOB required at time of submission
- Include any requested time off (RTO) in the submission
