Night Shift LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) - Pampa, TX

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LVN to join our night shift team. As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
Current LVN license in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nursing or related field preferred
0-2 years of experience as an LVN; new graduates welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
