About Our Client

The Finance Manager will lead all accounting and finance activities for two key regions of a $250M organization. This role is ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and coordination with the company's international headquarters. This individual will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Success in this role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, experience operating within a global environment, and the ability to communicate effectively with both U.S. and international stakeholders.

Job Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearend close activities for 7-10 office locations
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Coordinate financial consolidation, reporting, and intercompany activities with global headquarters
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning cycles
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax and reporting requirements
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and banking relationships
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes
• Work with external auditors and thirdparty advisors
• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop a U.S.-based accounting team

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in a private equity organization or private-equity backed organization
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong accounting foundation with blended accounting + finance capabilities
• Experience working within an international organization
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, and familiarity with IFRS
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and executives
