Develop customized learning plans that help students truly understand the material, not just memorize it. Offer remedial and enrichment opportunities to help students who need extra support—or a challenge to stretch them further. What We’re Looking For: You hold a current, valid registration with the Florida Department of Education . You’re a qualified teacher in the United States (or in the process of becoming one). You’re a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education. You have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university.
