About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the efficient functioning of their retail store in Randburg . This role is critical in managing daily operations, ensuring staff are productive, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and safety. You will work closely with the Store Manager to streamline processes, manage inventory, and support the sales team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to advance their career in retail operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular counts. Ensure adherence to company operational standards, policies, and procedures. Train and guide store associates on operational tasks and best practices. Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and security, addressing any issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a retail supervisory or operations management role. Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and loss prevention. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
