Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.

• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in using service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
