Lead Analyst, FP&A Enterprise Business Partners (EBP), IT

Lead Analyst position supporting Enterprise IT financial planning and analysis at DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson). The role delivers financial insights, planning leadership, and decision support to IT leadership across operations, projects, and transformation initiatives in a complex matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis and executive-ready reporting for Enterprise IT leaders with actionable insights
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for IT investments
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews analyzing actuals versus plan with variance explanations
- Drive cost optimization and value-capture initiatives across Enterprise IT operations
- Prepare concise financial narratives and recommendations for leadership and governance forums
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive FP&A, finance, accounting, or analytical role experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency and enterprise financial planning tool experience
- Strong financial modeling, critical thinking, and data synthesis capabilities
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Business partnering and stakeholder influencing ability in matrixed environments
- Independent workstream leadership from definition through delivery
