A travel pharmacist opportunity is available in Wisconsin, servicing a 250-bed hospital facility. This position offers a dynamic work schedule with a 7-on, 7-off rotation between second shift (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and third shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM), typically commencing the workweek on Wednesday. The hospital utilizes Cerner and Omnicell IT systems, supporting streamlined pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and review prescriptions in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Monitor patient therapy and provide clinical pharmacy services
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements
• Support inventory management and control

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin pharmacist license or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license (accepted by the client)
• Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy environment
• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell pharmacy systems is advantageous
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
