Independent Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant
Paradigm Home Health Companies
Paradigm Home Health Companies is seeking a qualified individual to implement care plans and educate patients about home safety. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy, home health experience, and CPR certification. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and comfort with technology. A valid Texas Driver's License and vehicle insurance are required.
