Key Responsibilities Provide first‑class service to all internal and external customers in a high‑traffic airport setting. Greet, assist, and thank every customer to ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience. Anticipate customer needs and offer helpful recommendations based on store offerings. Maintain a friendly, professional, and energetic presence throughout every shift. Ensure every guest interaction reflects strong hospitality and service standards. Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and effective communication. Maintain strong knowledge of current promotions, products, and store highlights. Assist customers in selecting travel essentials and impulse purchase items. Support store sales goals through consistent selling behavior and customer interaction. Deliver a fast, efficient checkout experience while maintaining accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor at all times. Assist with inventory control, replenishment, and product rotation. Support merchandising standards and ensure proper product presentation. Perform general store maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Follow all operational procedures to support smooth daily store function. Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to support store goals. Communicate effectively during shift changes and peak travel periods. Support a positive team environment focused on respect, reliability, and accountability. Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and airport regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume airport environment. Customer‑first mindset with a strong focus on service and sales. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Comfortable working with basic POS systems and technology. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
