Job Summary:
The Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer position is located in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This role involves performing advanced obstetric ultrasound studies, including OB extended ultrasound, fetal echocardiography, Doppler assessments, and first trimester screening. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: ARDMS certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (RDMS-OB/GYN), BLS (AHA), Nuchal Translucency (NT-FMF), and at least 2 years of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), Nuchal Translucency (NT-FMF), RDMS-OB/GYN via ARDMS.
• Experience: 2 years in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Schedule: 0730-1630 Monday through Friday, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The department uses Syngo Dynamics, Cerner, and Syngo Workflow for EMR, with Phillips Epiq and GE Voluson 18 as department-specific imaging equipment. The role may involve working with a mobile unit starting in September, including travel to outreach smaller locations up to 2 hours away, working 10-hour days as the sole technician with the driver.
• Responsibilities: Perform OB extended ultrasounds, OB follow-ups, Dopplers (umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery), biophysical profiles, fetal echocardiography, transvaginal imaging, and PR intervals, averaging 8-10 studies per day.
• Additional Notes: All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility. No RRA's are used, and there is an in-house radiologist. No IV placement is required. The department conducts a specific orientation for Maternal Fetal Medicine.
