We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Manager who isn’t afraid to jump in, lead by example, and help keep our car wash, dog wash, and detail center running smoothly. What You'll Do Lead, train, and inspire a high-energy team Keep operations flowing smoothly across car wash, dog wash, and detail services Maintain top-notch customer service—every customer, every time Monitor equipment and keep our facility clean & safe Assist with scheduling, inventory, and quality control Step up as manager when needed What We’re Looking For Leadership experience (car wash/automotive a PLUS!)
