Who We Are Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Team Member ensures that each visit by a customer results in a friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. What You’ll Be Doing Friendly demeanor: greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues. Operate cash register or point‑of‑sale devices, using suggestive‑selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities. Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers. Verify order accuracy. Prepare and package food and drink products. Clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils. Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds. Maintain health and safety standards. Unload and stock inventory items as needed. Perform duties at multiple workstations. Maintain prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts. Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies. Work with management to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant. Learn team‑effectiveness skills; work with others to achieve team goals. What You Need Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure. Dependable and reliable. Good written, math, and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Minimum age of 16; must be 18 to work opening and closing shifts. Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law. Flexible work availability. Results‑oriented and customer focused. Previous customer‑service experience helpful.
