Our multidisciplinary team delivers a wide range of services, including injectables, lasers, peels, and functional health offerings such as hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and biohacking. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our providers and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care and the efficiency of our clinical operations. This is an important role where you will be supporting our providers and helping to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. Key responsibilities include:

• Rooming patients and recording vital signs
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterile technique
• Assisting providers during aesthetic and wellness treatments
• Documenting patient care accurately in the EMR and keeping charts up to date
• Educating patients and providing post-treatment care instructions
• Managing lab orders/results and coordinating follow-up appointments
• Making follow-up phone calls to patients
• Supporting inventory management and stocking clinical supplies
