Master Scheduler — Help Build the Plan Behind an Iconic American Brand
At Leatherman Tool Group , we build products people depend on—and behind every product we make is a supply plan that brings together customer demand, materials, people, equipment, inventory, and manufacturing capacity. We’re looking for an experienced Master Scheduler who can bring those pieces together. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll own Leatherman’s Master Production Schedule (MPS) and forward-looking supply plan, translating demand and operational constraints into a realistic, capacity-validated plan for our manufacturing operation in Portland, Oregon. This isn’t simply a role that maintains a schedule. We’re looking for someone who can analyze, challenge, model scenarios, influence decisions, and continuously improve how we plan. What You’ll Do You’ll own the MPS across our planning horizon and work closely with teams throughout Leatherman to ensure our plan is realistic, achievable, and aligned with business priorities . Your work will include:
Take ownership of your decisions and understand how they affect our people, customers, and business. Hunger – Raise the Bar
Keep looking for ways to make our plans, processes, systems, and results better. Courage – Speak Honestly. Move Boldly.
Speak up when something doesn't make sense. Bring forward risks and respectfully challenge assumptions. Curiosity – Ask, Experiment, and Learn
Dig into the data, ask why, explore possibilities, and embrace new ways of solving problems. Build What's Next With Us For more than 40 years, the Leatherman name has represented ingenuity, quality, and tools built to solve real problems. Now we're looking for someone who can help ensure the right products are built at the right time—with a plan our people and our business can deliver.
