Accountabilities:

The Strategic Operations Associate will own strategic projects from diagnosis through execution, using analytical insights to improve business performance. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational ownership, and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Analyze business data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, operational challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Develop clear recommendations and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights and expected business impact.
• Create and execute project plans with defined objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other teams to drive initiatives forward and ensure successful execution.
• Take ownership of operational projects by managing details, solving problems, and keeping initiatives on track.
• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and repeatable processes to monitor KPIs and communicate performance trends.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of launched initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend adjustments.
• Support leadership decision-making by providing clear analysis, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an analytical and execution-focused professional who can navigate complexity, work independently, and translate data into meaningful business actions. Experience in consulting, finance, technology, or other high-growth environments is highly valuable.

• 3–5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and develop clear business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience working with data analysis tools; SQL experience is a plus.
• Ability to move beyond reporting metrics by understanding business drivers and forming actionable points of view.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
• Comfortable taking ownership of hands-on operational work rather than focusing only on strategy or analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders across different teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively without direct authority and influence teams toward shared goals.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
