Desert Parkway Behavioral Healthcare Hospital in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. You will ensure the highest standard of nursing care while mentoring emerging leaders and fostering a culture of excellence. Responsibilities include developing nursing policies, overseeing daily operations, and enhancing patient care. The ideal candidate must have a current RN license in Nevada, a Bachelor's degree in nursing, and at least three years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral healthcare.
