The role is responsible for compliance operations including the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC for the entire Credit Union. Key duties include monitoring suspicious activity alerts, documenting holds, and ensuring complete and confidential information at account opening across all members. The incumbent will report on CTR’s, SAR’s, and Monetary Instruments within required timeframes, conduct risk assessments, stay current with government regulations, and implement related policies and procedures. Audits will be planned and executed, findings and recommendations reported, and professional standards maintained. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Prior compliance and auditing experience is required, as is successful completion of all mandatory training. The role may include additional duties as needed.
