Phlebotomist
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for its Neenah, Wisconsin location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide customer service. The role operates Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for diverse patient populations
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and related analyses
- Enter patient data accurately and process billing information with payment collection
- Prepare and maintain specimen logs; provide customer service and administrative support
- Travel to additional sites as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or accredited training program (if no work experience)
- Exceptional customer service track record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass color blindness screening test
