RN - Operating Room (OR)

Providence Saint John's Health Center is seeking an RN for the Operating Room (OR) in Santa Monica, CA. This is a travel position with a start date of ASAP and will last for 13 weeks. The shift is from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with three shifts per week totaling 36 scheduled hours. The candidate must have at least two years of experience, be certified in BLS, and have experience in orthopedic/joint surgeries. On-call requirements include two primary weekday calls and two secondary weekday calls in a six-week cycle, as well as two primary and two secondary weekend calls. The candidate must commit to working three of the five specified holidays. The travel contract requires a Social Security Number and date of birth, and the candidate must disclose any license or background check hits upfront. Two references covering one year within the last three years are required. The candidate must also have a LA fire card within the last 30 days. Modules are non-billable and completed pre-start and annually.
