Chief Financial Officer

$260,000-$320,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board, translating organizational priorities into financial and operational plans.
• Lead enterprise financial management, including forecasting, treasury, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and risk oversight.
• Drive financial sustainability through liquidity management, scenario planning, and long-term resource allocation strategies.
• Support revenue diversification and innovation initiatives by developing financial models and evaluating new growth opportunities.
• Advance organizational transformation by enhancing decision-support capabilities, investment governance, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience required
• 6 years of executive finance leadership experience required
• Board and Audit/Finance Committee experience required
• Large team leadership experience required
• Organizational transformation experience required
