Quality Specialist/ Biomedical Technician

Overview Experienced Biomedical Technician or Quality/Regulatory Inspector needed who’s willing to travel nationally each week, up to 3 separate sites. Previous related experience and a valid Real ID driver’s license required. One-year agreement with possibility of extension based on business needs. Job Details Hours per week: Per Diem with 20-40 hours per week (not guaranteed). Possibility for additional hours depending on travel. Travel: Weekly national travel up to 3 locations per week. Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all on-site staff be fully vaccinated. Responsibilities Perform quality and regulatory inspections across multiple sites. Document findings in heavily regulated environment. Conduct system auditing and software validation. Analyze large data sets for validation purposes. Manage small teams to ensure quality work completion. Provide excellent customer service and client management. Operate under minimal supervision and flexible schedule. Meet all requirements for each hospital Vendor Credentialing service. Qualifications 3+ years of Quality/Regulatory experience. Biomedical Technician experience preferred. Experience with documentation in heavily regulated environment. Experience with system auditing or software validation. Experience with large data sets for validation. Proven track record of customer service and client management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce CRM. History of traveling for work while meeting/exceeding expectations. Ability to work under minimal supervision and flexible schedule. Valid Real ID driver’s license. Must be functionally able to travel nationally each week. Compensation & Benefits The potential base pay range for this role is $32-35 per hour. Actual base pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule (full or part-time). Incentive plans, bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare benefits.
