The firm provides businesses with the capital and expertise needed to grow and scale, while generating strong returns for institutional investors. The team is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team in the design, build, and enhancement of solutions within their Salesforce platform, supporting critical business processes. Job Title:Salesforce DeveloperJob Type: Full-time Location:Hybrid - Office in downtown Boston. Candidates must be local and willing to work onsite 2x per week in Boston. Must be eligible to work for any US Employer. No sponsorship can be provided at this time (No C2C or Third parties). Required Technology and Skills:2+ years professional experience in hands-on Salesforce developmentHands-on experience with Apex (Triggers / Classes)Experience with LWC / Lightning web componentsExperience with both declarative and programmatic developmentExperience supporting integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware toolsExcellent communications skills and ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersJavascript / HTML / CSS Additional Skills: Degree in Computer Science or STEM related fieldPlatform Developer I Certification and/or other Salesforce certificationsInterest/experience in financial servicesCompensation: $125,000 - $135,000 base salary (Based on experience) plus 20% annual cash bonus guaranteed.
