Cook meals according to menus Meet all food nutrition guidelines when preparing foods Cook foods to proper temperatures Hold foods at proper temperatures Cleanliness of the kitchen is your responsibility When using the dishwasher, make sure the ppm is between 50-100 Have a thorough knowledge of the food code Recording of food temperatures Recording of Refrigerators’ and freezer temperature Keeping the floor swept, mopped, and sanitized Meeting any special requests that the residents and we can accommodate Answer phones as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
