Account Executive - Fire Sprinkler Installation & Retrofit Sales

Relay Fire & Safety is expanding throughout the Baltimore and DMV market and is looking for a driven sales professional to help grow our Fire Sprinkler Installation & Retrofit business. This is a true capital projects sales role. You'll work directly with building owners, facility managers, property management companies, contractors, and engineers to identify fire sprinkler replacement, modernization, expansion, and retrofit opportunities. What You'll Be Selling Fire Sprinkler Retrofits System Replacements Occupancy Changes System Expansions Design-Build Sprinkler Projects Capital Improvement Projects Project values can range from several thousand dollars to multi-hundred-thousand-dollar opportunities. What You'll Do Develop and grow a dedicated sprinkler retrofit territory Identify and pursue new capital project opportunities Conduct facility surveys and customer consultations Review deficiencies and code-related opportunities Build relationships with: Property Managers Building Owners General Contractors Facility Directors Collaborate with estimators, designers, and operations teams Present proposals and close projects Manage opportunities through CRM Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline Consistently exceed sales and revenue targets Why This Role Stands Out Most sprinkler sales positions focus on maintaining existing accounts.
