Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility located in Willingboro, New Jersey. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care, supervising supportive staff, and supporting patient safety initiatives. The nurse will work scheduled night shifts, providing comprehensive care to patients in the PCU setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shifts, 48 hours per week, every 3rd weekend
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift, valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification prior to first shift, minimum of 2 years bedside clinical experience, and the ability to meet healthcare provider licensure and educational requirements.

• Experience: 0 years minimum (or as specified, with at least 2 years preferred)
• Location: 218 Sunset Road, Willingboro, New Jersey, 08046
• Additional Information: The role involves performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, developing individualized care plans, providing patient education, monitoring patient progress, and participating in discharge planning. The RN will also be responsible for supervision of ancillary nursing personnel, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to a positive team environment. The position requires adherence to hospital policies on personal appearance, attendance, and safety, with the opportunity to assume charge responsibilities after orientation.
