Activity Assistant

As an Activity Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by facilitating engaging activities and promoting socialization. Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings, to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents Encourage socialization and community building among residents through group activities, events, and one-on-one interactions Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure resident engagement and satisfaction Collaborate with the activities director and other team members to ensure seamless implementation of activities and events Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance and resident feedback About the Role As an Activity Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
