Our client, a leading full-service law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support its Corporate Transactions practice. This role involves working on complex legal matters, drafting documents, and managing client records in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support corporate transactions and related legal processes
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and agreements
- Manage and maintain client files and documentation
- Conduct legal research using platforms such as Westlaw
- Collaborate with attorneys on complex legal matters
- Experience in corporate transactions or similar legal work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and legal research tools
- Paralegal certification and a bachelor's degree
- Competitive salary: $50,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
