In This Role You Will: Provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of residents’ health status, documenting observations, and communicating findings to the healthcare team Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols and ensuring accuracy and safety Monitors residents’ vital signs and response to treatments, promptly reports any changes or concerns to the physician and/or director of nursing... ...
