For more information, please visit Responsibilities Provides appropriate patient nutritional care. Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness. Provides nutrition education to patients/families. Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population. Qualifications Education and Work Experience
- Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement).
- One year healthcare experience desirable.
