We specialize in premium shower, bathtub, walk-in tub, and wet-area bathroom remodeling. As a Home Improvement Sales Consultant, you'll guide homeowners through the design and purchasing process, helping them transform their existing spaces into beautiful, functional bathrooms.
We provide the appointments, technology, training, and support. You bring the sales experience and ability to close.

This is a 100% commission-based position designed for professionals who are motivated by performance and want direct control over their earning potential.
What You'll Do

You'll meet with homeowners who have already requested information about remodeling their bathroom. Your role is to understand their vision, recommend the right solution, and guide them through the entire consultation and purchasing process.
Your responsibilities include:
Conduct scheduled in-home design and sales consultations
Evaluate existing shower and bathtub spaces
Identify homeowner needs, preferences, budgets, and project goals
Create customized remodeling solutions using 3D design software
Present premium products, design options, and available financing
Clearly explain project value, installation expectations, and pricing
Build trust, address concerns, and confidently close the sale
Complete accurate measurements, contracts, and project documentation
Follow our established sales process and maintain communication with management
Who We're Looking For

You'll be successful in this role if you:
Have a proven track record in sales, preferably involving high-value purchases
Build rapport quickly and make customers feel confident in their decisions
Ask thoughtful questions and identify the customer's priorities
Present products and solutions with confidence and professionalism
Navigate pricing discussions and objections effectively
Are comfortable asking for the sale and closing during the appointment
Are self-motivated, organized, and accountable for your results
Embrace technology, coaching, and a structured sales process
Relevant experience includes:

Home improvement, bathroom remodeling, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, flooring, kitchens, automotive, furniture, or other consultative and high-ticket sales environments.
Previous bathroom remodeling experience is not required.

We provide comprehensive product and process training. Your ability to connect with customers, communicate value, and close sales is what matters most.
Schedule & Requirements

This is a field-based position serving homeowners throughout the

Treasure Coast, Florida .
Because appointments are scheduled around homeowner availability, consultants must be flexible and available for daytime, evening, and Saturday appointments.
Position requirements:
Previous sales experience
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation for travel throughout the assigned territory
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Comfortable using digital sales and presentation tools
Personal iPad compatible with company-provided design software
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
