Beau Ridge at Oxford Farms, Oxford’s only locally owned and operated independent senior living community, is looking for an energetic, caring and detail-oriented person to join our Dietary Team in the new role of Hospitality Coordinator. What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and mentor our dining room team. Train new team members in hospitality standards and service excellence. Create monthly server schedules and coordinate staffing needs. Build strong communication between the kitchen and dining room teams. Ensure every meal is delivered with outstanding service, accuracy, and attention to detail. Visit with residents during meals, gather feedback, and advocate for their experience. Help develop restaurant-style systems that improve efficiency and consistency. Assist with menu planning, recipe development, food ordering, and special dining initiatives. Maintain a beautiful, welcoming dining room environment. Coordinate hospitality for birthdays, anniversaries, marketing events, social hours, and community celebrations. Help create memorable moments that residents and families will never forget.
