Operations Supervisor

Oversee all daily (8am - 5:00pm) operations of the center in the most cost-effective and customer-satisfying manner Coach a high-performance team and adhere to federal, state and Iron Mountain regulations Supervise and assign specific responsibilities to all operations personnel Motivate, mentor and empower team to meet and exceed standards or set goals Monitor employee attendance, productivity and other performance markers Use metrics to aid accountability and measure performance Ensure the branch provides the finest internal and external customer service Build internal and external relationships and foster collaboration Provide relief coverage for operational duties when employees utilize time off or are absent Prepare accurate reports Ensure compliance with all federal, state and company regulations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record Able to pass pre-employment drug testing and a background investigation as conditions of employment Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, operations or other service-related environment Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to complete paperwork in English accurately and completely Strong attention to detail Strong customer service skills; values customers and communicates with them in a professional manner Excellent communication skills Open to weekend work, if required Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory skills in operations management, ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.
