What You'll Do

As an Assistant Teacher, you'll work alongside a Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom.

• Support daily classroom activities and learning experiences.
• Provide attentive, compassionate care for infants and toddlers.
• Assist with feeding, diapering, hygiene, and daily routines.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
• Follow school policies and Pennsylvania childcare licensing requirements.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous childcare experience preferred.
• Dependable, patient, positive, and nurturing.
• Enjoys working with infants and toddlers.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn.
• Must meet Pennsylvania childcare licensing requirements and obtain required clearances.
