What Makes This Role Unique * Guaranteed full-time hours in a predictable, Monday - Friday schedule * Center-based work only - no travel, no mileage, no last-minute cancellations * Ongoing paid training, including paid RBT certification * A collaborative, supportive clinical environment with on-site BCBA support * Clear pathways for growth within The Stepping Stones Group network What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you'll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with Autism build critical skills for communication, learning, independence, and social connection.
