Senior Oracle EBS Developer

Duties Responsibilities


Analyze business requirements/functional designs to figure out feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
Work to refine business requirements
Analyze business requirements and architect a solution that is robust and scalable
Provide technical documentation of solutions
Break down architected solution into smaller, achievable tasks
Present and communicate solution to both technical and nontechnical stakeholder
Knowledgeable of data technologies and solutions
Work with full stack development - back end, middle tier, and client side
Debugging and providing solutions for complicated issues
Participate in demos and code reviews
Multi-task and support multiple teams
Enforce software best practices, standards and processes

Skills Qualifications
7 - 10+ years of Experience with good Communication Skills and hands on experience in Oracle R12.1.3 and above and related database development experience.
Expert knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL , Forms, Reports, Workflows, OAF, XML Publisher, WEBADI, Interfaces, Scripting, Java
Process flow knowledge of finance tracks P2P(AP, PO), General Ledger, Fixed Assets, XLA, Cash Management
Strong Oracle R12 and PL/SQL development experience including but not limited to the creation of packages, procedures, tables views, functions.
Oracle database design and performance tuning
Knowledge on how to build/maintain efficient database tables structure for both transactional and warehouse data
Experience in PL/SQL tuning including knowledge of Explain Plans AWR, ASH and TKPROF
Must have the ability to work with the system analysts to translate business requirements to database structure as well has communicate the design to the front end development staff
Proven ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Take initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities.
