Parts Finisher Carlsbad, CA | $21.00/hr | Contract-to-Hire

Join a Manufacturing Team

We are hiring Parts Finishers to support production operations in a prototype and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting, finishing, and preparing parts to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, finishing, deburring, assembly, or quality inspection experience.

Available Shifts

• Friday-Sunday | 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM
• Friday-Monday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished parts for defects and quality concerns
• Perform deburring, finishing, sealing, and other post-processing activities
• Utilize hand tools and finishing equipment to meet customer specifications
• Follow job sheets, work instructions, and production documentation
• Verify part features and requirements using drawings and job instructions
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing, production, finishing, assembly, or deburring experience
• Experience performing quality inspections
• Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, or blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLSBAD, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
