Pay range for this position is $37.05 - $54.54/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.The Nurse Residency Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in the transition to practice programs at their facility or service area. The Site Coordinator ensures the transition to practice program is consistently operationalized at the facility site. The Site Coordinator provides consultation to the education departments and helps develop and monitor education plans for residents participating in the program. The Site Coordinator also functions as a facilitator in the ministry-wide transition to practice and professional development programs.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in nursing, 3 years of clinical experience, Basic Life Support, and Certification Nursing Professional Development - Board Certified Certification (NPD-BC) within 1 year of hire. Other skills include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, solid computer skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience or education in adult learning theory.Preferred qualifications include MSN, BSN with other Master's degree, or DNP, 5 years of clinical experience, and 2 years of experience with curriculum design, adult learning/education, and/or simulation.OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
