Job Description We are an award‑winning dealer looking for an entry‑level automotive sales associate with up to two years of experience to assist customers through the vehicle purchase process, demonstrate features, conduct test drives, and build relationships before and after the sale. The role requires a strong customer‑focused mindset and a flexible schedule. Compensation Good faith pay range: Commission and performance incentives under the dealership compensation plan. Expected total annual earnings: $60,000–$120,000+ for employees meeting performance expectations. Top performers may earn more. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance and other factors. Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process. Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives. Build relationships with customers before and after the sale. Follow up on dealership leads and referrals. Maintain product knowledge and manufacturer certifications. Deliver an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule. Experience and Skills (Requirements) Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record. Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
