Requisition Comments and Notes:

• 13-week term.
• Home dialysis experience is required.
• Essential skills include training patients on home dialysis and maintaining patients on home dialysis using Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machine.
• Will need to float as needed to different locations.
• Preferred prior travel experience.
• Must be flexible with schedule and will work 8-hour days.
• BLS certification required.
• Recent Epic experience within the past 2 years is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience is required, particularly with chronic renal patients (ESRD).

Additional Information:

• Orientations are held bi-weekly on Mondays.
• Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained.
• Complete all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) for submission.
• Reliable transportation is required as public transportation is not accessible in this area. It is strongly recommended to have a personal or rental vehicle.
