Required Skills and Experience A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensure or certification as required by state regulations (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist). Experience in outpatient setting working with children with: anxiety disorders, depression, addiction, OCD, ADHD, trauma, autism, and more. Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
