Fintech Industry

Coverflex is seeking a Backend Engineer (Mid to Senior) for a remote European role. You’ll build and optimize scalable APIs powering a compensation platform, focusing on reliability, observability, and performance.

Expect close collaboration with product managers and designers to ship meaningful features that impact thousands of employees. We value production-ready mindset, small PRs, and strong product thinking, with multi-market support across Portugal, Italy, and Spain.
