Network Datacenter Hand and Feet Analyst Technology | Infrastructure-DataCenter | IT Operations Location Tampa, FL / Twinsburg, OH Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent educational qualification. At least 0-1 years of Information Technology experience. Experience with Hands and feed support for Data Center operations is a plus. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance or be willing to relocate; the role may involve occasional travel and/or relocation as required. Candidates must be available to work onsite on a rotating/flexible shift schedule at the datacenter to provide demand onsite support and extended shift coverage as needed. Shift schedule: 06:00–15:00 PST, 14:00–23:00 PST, 22:00–07:00 PST. Installations: Rack & stack IT devices, configure ILO/IDRAC, perform ping tests, install trunks, patch cords, panels, and power cables. Audits & Support: Conduct IT/DC Track audits, approve vendor access, provide on-call and emergency coverage. Break/Fix: Troubleshoot cables (SM, MM, copper), execute change requests, replace hardware parts (NICs, SFPs, memory, drives). Decommissioning: Remove patch cords and old hardware, manage media disposal (wipe/shred), coordinate ADR/ERI tracking. Hardware Receiving: Handle package pickup/delivery, update HRS/DC Tracks, RMA parts, track assets. Preferred Qualifications Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s Datacenter operations environment. Receive and respond to incoming calls, messages, emails and/or work orders regarding datacenter operations problems. Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with project guidelines. Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Good communication and analytical skills. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
