Required: Valid Driver's License About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction for a multifamily residential community. This role provides ownership over leasing, budgeting, maintenance, occupancy, revenue performance, and team leadership . The Property Manager will be responsible for meeting operational and financial targets while maintaining a high-quality resident experience and well-maintained community. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong multifamily property management experience who understands how to balance financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development. What You'll Do Property Operations & Financial Management
• Oversee daily property operations, including rent collections, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and evictions
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets
• Monitor expenses, approve invoices, and maintain financial controls
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and safety requirements
• Conduct routine property inspections to maintain operational and quality standards Leasing, Marketing & Performance
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, leasing activity, and property performance
• Analyze market trends and competitive properties to recommend pricing and leasing strategies
• Prepare monthly financial variance reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, revenue, and overall property performance
• Partner with Marketing on digital campaigns, local outreach, and other initiatives designed to drive leasing activity Team Leadership
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop office and maintenance team members
• Manage employee schedules and daily responsibilities
• Establish clear performance expectations and maintain team accountability
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching
• Build a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture Maintenance & Property Standards
• Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnover schedules
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers
• Ensure apartments are prepared for new residents on schedule and to established quality standards
• Maintain high standards for property safety, cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve resident and property issues efficiently What You'll Bring
• 2+ years of residential or multifamily property management experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Experience with property budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management
• Understanding of leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident relations
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
• Experience managing both office and maintenance teams
• Experience developing pricing, leasing, and occupancy strategies
