Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking qualified, capable people to fill Seasonal Management Support Staff positions at our Woodland, CA production facility. This role will perform a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to facilitate efficient department operations. Our state-of-the-art Woodland facility uses advanced technology to process whole tomatoes into various products, including diced, crushed, stewed, sauce, and paste. The facility features a number of enhancements designed to increase product quality. For example, a cutting-edge sorting system ensures that only the highest-quality tomatoes are used. We are committed to sustainability, using a closed-loop water system and renewable energy sources like solar power to minimize our carbon footprint. The Woodland facility is a prime example of Pacific Coast Producers' dedication to quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. This is a seasonal, on-site role with weekend and overtime hours required for most positions. You must be available to work from July 1 through October 15. Morning, Swing, and Night shifts available.

• Logistics Assistant
• Office Clerk
• Production Assistant
• Quality Control Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Alpha-numeric filing
• 10-key and typing
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, memos, labels, and policies.
• Walk and stand for extended periods, depending on the position.
• Must be able to climb stairs.
• Some positions require bending and lifting.
• Must be able to complete tasks in a noisy environment.
• Assist/Manage CBA Employees.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed throughout the months of July through October.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish or Punjabi) are preferred for some positions.
• Candidates will be required to pass a drug screen.
