The main purpose of a Project Engineer (PE) is to assist in the management of construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling all elements of the project under the direction of a Project Manager.Results-oriented, hands-on professional with the ability to deal effectively and interact well with clients, subcontractors, and employees. Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts diplomatically and tactfully.Requirements:1-4 Years of experience in the construction industryBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or equivalentMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain teamwork and a positive attitudeExperience in the bid process with subcontractorsQuantity take off and Estimating experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, specifications, and other required construction documentsStrong computer skills and intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Outlook, Procore, and BluebeamHighly organized with strong emphasis on self-motivation and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive-level external and internal clientsAbility to identify and manage prioritiesAbility to manage and coach others in both vocational and administrative skillsCapable of multi-tasking, problem-solving, and can work in a team environment as well as independentlyExhibits confidence, ambition, and self-motivation.This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.Want to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment where opportunities for advancement abound?
