This role is for you if You have a 3+ year history of measurably lifting conversion rates ( CRO ) for e-commerce or D2C brands. Your mission in the first 3 months is non-negotiable: You must deliver ONE validated A/B test winner that achieves: ≥30% revenue per visitor uplift (statistically significant at 95% confidence). Radical Differentiation from standard e-commerce experiences or a Superior Friction Solve . Shows sustained performance over a minimum 14-day test period with ≥10,000 visitors. Secondary KPIs: Complete a full CRO audit identifying 10+ high-impact test opportunities with data-backed revenue uplift estimates. Achieving this is the first step.
