Regional Dedicated Class A Driver – Weekly 34-Hour Reset

If you want a driving job that actually pays you for all the extra work you do on a route, this dedicated regional lane is a great setup. Instead of just paying standard mileage, this account rewards your effort with solid unload, stop, and backhaul pay, plus a weekly guaranteed minimum to keep your income steady while getting you home every single week.

What You'll Earn

• Up to $1,700 weekly True-Up pay (Guaranteed minimum after training)
• $88,000–$98,000+ typical annual earnings
• ~$1.40 all-in pay per mile on average
• $245 for every trailer unload
• $25 per stop
• $50 backhaul pay

The Routing & Equipment

• 100% touch freight – unloading freight at stores using a roller system.
• Consistent volume: Expect to run about 3 loads and clock 1,200–1,500 miles per week.
• Operating area: Delivering to stores across AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, and WV.
• Home Time: You are home weekly for a full, guaranteed 34-hour reset.
• Paid Training: Includes a 1-week ride-along at $150/day to get you up to speed.

Work Schedule

Because this is a high-volume dedicated retail account, the freight moves around the clock. You should be completely comfortable handling overnight driving shifts, and weekend or holiday runs are a standard part of the regular rotation.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Earn an extra $1,000 quickly during your transition: you get $500 right after your very first load, and the remaining $500 at the 30-day mark. Active employment is required on the payout dates.

What's Required

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 3 months CDL-A experience within the last 3 years.
• Physical capability to handle manual live unloads daily.
• Full flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills when interacting at store drops.
• Ready to bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation.
